Welcome to INGORIDE. By accessing or using our Bike, Car, Auto, and Parcel services, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.


1. Definitions

  • “INGORIDE” refers to the platform providing ride and parcel services.

  • “User” refers to any individual booking a ride or parcel delivery.

  • “Captain” refers to a driver or delivery partner registered with INGORIDE.


2. Eligibility

  • Users must be at least 18 years of age.

  • Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration.


3. Services

INGORIDE acts as a technology platform that connects Users with independent Captains for:

  • Bike, Car, and Auto rides

  • Parcel pickup and delivery

INGORIDE does not own or operate vehicles.


4. User Responsibilities

  • Provide correct pickup and drop details.

  • Maintain respectful behavior with Captains.

  • Ensure parcels comply with INGORIDE’s Parcel Policy.

  • Do not misuse the platform for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities.


5. Payments

  • All fares and delivery charges are displayed before confirmation.

  • Payments may be made via online payment methods or cash (where available).

  • INGORIDE may revise pricing due to distance, time, tolls, or demand.


6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellation fees may apply depending on timing and service type.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method.


7. Safety & Conduct

  • INGORIDE provides SOS and live tracking features for safety.

  • Any abusive, threatening, or unlawful behavior may result in account suspension.


8. Limitation of Liability

INGORIDE is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen events

  • Loss or damage caused by user-provided incorrect information

  • Acts or omissions of independent Captains, except as required by law


9. Account Suspension

INGORIDE reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Policy violations

  • Fraudulent activities

  • Repeated cancellations or misuse


10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Uttar Pradesh courts.

Parcel Service Policy – INGORIDE

This Parcel Policy applies specifically to INGORIDE’s parcel and logistics services.


1. Allowed Parcel Contents

Users may send items such as:

  • Documents

  • Clothing

  • Small household items


2. Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly prohibited:

  • Illegal drugs or narcotics

  • Weapons, ammunition, explosives

  • Flammable or hazardous materials

  • Perishable food items (unless explicitly allowed)

  • Cash, jewelry, or valuable items

  • Any item prohibited by Indian law

INGORIDE reserves the right to cancel delivery if prohibited items are suspected.


3. User Responsibility

  • Users are solely responsible for the contents of the parcel.

  • Parcels must be properly packed and sealed.

  • INGORIDE is not responsible for damage caused by poor packaging.


4. Parcel Inspection

  • INGORIDE does not routinely inspect parcels.

  • Inspection may occur if required by law or safety concerns.


5. Delivery Process

  • Sender and receiver contact details may be shared with the delivery partner.

  • Delivery time is an estimate and may vary due to traffic or weather.


6. Loss or Damage

  • INGORIDE is not liable for loss or damage unless caused by proven negligence.

  • Compensation, if any, will be limited to the delivery fee amount unless required by law.


7. Failed Delivery

Delivery may fail due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Receiver unavailability

  • Restricted access locations

In such cases, additional charges may apply.


8. Right to Refuse Service

INGORIDE reserves the right to refuse or cancel any parcel delivery that violates this policy or applicable laws.
